You have a choice of a nice 7.9mm pearl,  a 1 carat ruby cluster, a .70 carat amethyst cluster, or a 2 carat citrine. All of these fit nicely in the center of the hand carved 14k yellow gold mounting and alongside a row of genuine diamonds that have a total weight of .23 carats.  The ring is a finger size approximately 6 3/4.
