With more than 6600 miles of coastline, Alaska has more coastline than all of the other states combined! We celebrate the important marine environment of our people by designing these medallions featuring different species of whales that come to Alaska to feed each summer, as well as sea otters, puffins, walrus, sea lions, salmon and more.
