Natural Gold Nugget Specs
In 1975, someone found this beautiful 73.7 gram natural gold nugget near the Denali National Park area. Gold was first discovered in the Denali National Park area in 1906. The smooth surface tells us that it traveled quite far down a river. Additionally, this nugget comes with a certification book and a map that shows when and where the gold was found.
This natural gold nugget weighs 47.4 dwt / 73.7 grams (almost 2 1/2 troy ounces!). It is 2″ tall, about 1 1/4″ wide and 1/4″ thick.
